The SA Housing Trust's Private Rent Report, built from the rental bonds lodged with Consumer and Business Services each quarter. It gives the number of new bonds and the median weekly rent by dwelling type and number of bedrooms. One table gives the figures by suburb and the other by postcode.

South Australian Housing Trust releases these 2 tables as one dataset on its portal, so every table here shares the version date 2026-08-11. Each table has its own page with a format picker, a field list, a sample record and its version history.
