# Rental bond data, NSW Fair Trading

Every residential rental bond lodged with or refunded by NSW Fair Trading, one row per bond, published as one workbook per calendar year since 2021. Lodgements give the postcode, dwelling type, bedrooms and weekly rent of each new bond. Refunds give the amounts paid to the agent and to the tenant and how long the bond was held. Each year is its own table here.
